The 2018 Honda Ridgeline Type R has gathered a lot of hype following the release of leaked information and images on the web. The data reveals the fact that Honda is aiming for the top spot as suggested by the re-engineered and redesigned 2018 Ridgeline Type R.
2018 Honda Ridgeline Type R – Exterior and Interior Redesign
The leaked images reveal a more aesthetic look for the 2018 Honda Ridgeline Type R different from the previous release. Honda has made the pickup’s exterior to look more upscale and sharper than the 2017 release. Compared to 2018 Honda Ridgeline Type R, most other pickup trucks seem to have a rugged exterior look. The headlights are uniquely positioned, and the compact grille design complements the front end of the pickup giving the automobile a sporty look. The vehicle has a smart and sleek front fascia. The new Honda Ridgeline Type R will come with a four-door configuration. The Honda Ridgeline R type will also come with beefed up wheels on chrome rims giving the auto a sporty and muscular appearance.
Honda will also revise the tailgate design and the tail lights as well. Other changes in the 2018 Ridgeline Type R include an increase in the size of the cargo bay to accommodate a bigger load. In the cabin, Honda engineers have fitted the car with bucket seats (front). Some of the expected colour accents include red and black colours. The car’s cabin will also have both wooden and metallic accents on the steering wheel, Gear lever, and on the dashboard.
Some of the features in the 2018 R-Type include an 8 inch LCD monitor for the infotainment system, a 3 zone climate control system, Power Adjustable front bucket seats, and Satellite Navigation system ( with Voice activation). The car will also have smartphone devices connectivity and features such as AppleCarPlay, USB, Bluetooth, 4G LTE, and Android Auto.
